Share what helps when you are feeling stressed, down, anxious and/or overwhelmed.

Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I plugged in my earpiece and listen to my favorite music. Music that is slow and relaxing. I try to concentrate on the lyrics and try singing along with the music. I divert my focus on the lyrics instead of the anxious feeling.
