Share what helps when you are feeling stressed, down, anxious and/or overwhelmed.
Sit still in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Imagine being transported to your dream place of comfort and serene (beach, mountain, forest, etc). Breathe deeply and slowly in and out for as long as you are enjoying the peace and calmness of your imagination. Immerse yourself in sights&sounds. Sit for however long you'd like to, but usually I do this for an hour daily. This helps calm yourself down and relieve yourself of worries and negativity for a while, and the stillness can last through the day if your mind is constantly focused on the place that you visited in your imagination.
